At our Aftersales Centre in Portsmouth Road (shared with BMW), we’ve got the knowledge, plus all the latest kit to keep your MINI fighting fit. No one knows how to care for it better than we do.
Our Aftersales Dealership star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by MINI UK over the last 90 days of Aftersales transactions, where the customer has subsequently elected to complete a customer satisfaction survey online. Customers are contacted 5 days after their Dealership visit and asked for their feedback.
